What's not to love about these guys? Soul Clap have honestly created a new movement, a new avenue for electronic music lovers. They've managed to create something using disco, soul, funk, and house - not sticking to one, but rather fusing them all together, letting the rest of the chin up, pinky out house heads scratching their heads wondering what just happened. But this aint nothing new, these dudes have been doing this for a minute, but it's just nice to see the rest of the world taking notice. HARD, the LA festival with the crazy ass lineup each year has two parties, Summer and Halloween. Before each one they have multiple mixtapes leading up, as a sort of promotional tool. This is Soul Clap's, a genius hour long mix looking right inside the encyclopedias of music they call their brains. This one pulls in George Clinton, Depeche Mode, Green Velvet, Seth Troxler and more. And because their Crew Love member Nick Monaco is just set to release his newest on Soul Clap record's, they've made this in honor of just that.
